What happens

During washing, dye released from the fabric can reattach to its surface. Pockets, linings and the back of the fabric pick up a blue cast, and the colour turns uneven. It is one of the most common problems in denim production.

How it's fixed

Rospers dispersing agents hold the released dye in the bath so it rinses away instead of settling back. They keep working under intensive washing conditions and give good results at low dosage.

Gel (TMS), flake (FMK 44) and powder (PWL), so each laundry can pick the form that suits its process.

To be confirmed by Royal Chemicals.
